We have for some time had a ticket
reporting system in place. We are continuing with this
system and are hoping to make it easier to see what is
going on with the network. You can look at any pending reports, and the old ones.

Department aim to present you with up to date information
about the network. Sources of information include our
ticketing system, graphical displays of usage and a diary
of future plans. network

We produce graphs of network usage
every 15 minutes. These appear below and will show you at
a glance how busy we are.

We've been having problems with our 8mbit/s backbone link. These
are documented in
ticket 127. Traffic flow through this line has been restored,
but we are keeping a careful watch on its performance and will
switch traffic back onto a 2mbit/s backup line should we
need to.
